For the best Greek Salad, simple, high-quality ingredients is the key. Keep it traditional and place your feta on the salad before serving.
Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber, skinned and deseeded
- 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, sliced finely into half-moons
- 1 large handful of kalamata olives
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200g feta
- salt and pepper for seasoning

Chuck your prepped tomatoes, cucumber and onion into a colander and season generously with salt. Ideally, allow sitting for an hour so the excess moisture drains off.
Pop into a bowl and add the olives, oregano, olive oil and some cracked black pepper. Check your seasoning and when you’re happy pop serve with the feta sat on top!
