Yoghurt Bark

Easy, peasy yoghurt bark! Make Spring breakfasts/snacking more fun by freezing your favourite yoghurt combos.

Ingredients

  • 450g yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp honey (or whatever sweetness you desire)
  • whatever toppings you fancy - I've chosen strawberries, pomegranate and granola
  • 450g yoghurt

  • whatever toppings you fancy – I’ve chosen strawberries, pomegranate and granola

Mix together your honey and yoghurt to suit your desired sweetness. Spread it out on a lined baking tray to a thickness of about 1cm. Sprinkle with the toppings of your choice and stick in the freezer for at least 4 hours to set. Tah dah!
