Winter Daiquiri Cocktail

Festive flavours lift the classically bright and refreshing daiquiri from Cuba to a whole new Winter wonderland.

Ingredients

  • 50ml rum
  • 25ml clementine juice
  • 25ml lime juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup or agave
  • pinch of ground cinnamon

Firstly, to make sugar syrup, mix equal parts water and sugar to a pan on low heat and simmer until dissolved. Decant into a sterile jar.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add your ingredients. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail class.
