- 25ml lime juice
- 15ml sugar syrup or agave

Firstly, to make sugar syrup, mix equal parts water and sugar to a pan on low heat and simmer until dissolved. Decant into a sterile jar.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add your ingredients. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail class.
