Ingredients

  • 450g Hobnobs
  • 150g unsalted butter, melted
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 300g cream cheese
  • 300ml double cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 360g Milkybar white chocolate, melted
  • red berries

Blitz your Hobnobs into a crumb and combine with melted butter to create your cheesecake base. Press it into a square lined cake tin and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Whisk together the rest of your ingredients (apart from the berries) until light, fluffy and smooth. Pile onto your cheesecake base and smooth flat. Add red berries… if holding your breath for the England match tonight, you know what to do!
