Indulge in the joy of this gorgeous vegan winter warmer with Amarula Vegan.
Ingredients
- 500ml oat milk
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- Tiny pinch of ground cloves
- 2 tbsp sugar (less if you like things a little less sweet)
- 50ml Amarula Vegan
- 8 - 10 drops of Angostura orange bitters
- Vegan whipped cream
- Orange zest, cinnamon sugar to decorate
- 500ml oat milk

Add your oat milk to a pan on a low-medium heat. Mix your cornflour with 4tbsp. water in a small bowl until dissolved. Ad to the milk along with all your spices and gently bring the milk to the boil. Drop to a light simmer and continue to cook until your milk has thickened to a custard consistency.
Split between two glasses and add a 25ml shot of Amarula Vegan to each serving. Add 4 – 5 splashes of Angostura bitters to each drink and give it a stir.
Top with whipped cream, orange zest and cinnamon sugar and indulge in the joy of this gorgeous winter warmer.
