Vegan Cream Cheese

Vegan cream cheese made with just 4 simple ingredients - cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon and salt. Spread it on a bagel and tuck in.

Ingredients

  • 250g cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Cover your cashews with cold water in a sealed Tupperware and store it in the fridge overnight. Rinse and drain them and add to a blender with nutritional yeast, lemon, salt and a splash of water. Keep blitzing under it’s as smooth as possible. Done!
