The soft squidge of the gooey brownie with the crunch of the nuts - these simple vegan-friendly brownies will rock your socks.
Ingredients
- 200g vegan-friendly dark chocolate
- 200g self-raising flour
- 200g caster sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 200g nuts (pecans, hazelnuts, walnuts), roughly chopped
- pinch of salt
- 5 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 200ml dairy-free milk
- 200g vegan-friendly dark chocolate
- 200g self-raising flour
- 200g caster sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 200g nuts (pecans, hazelnuts, walnuts), roughly chopped
- pinch of salt
- 5 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 200ml dairy-free milk
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4.
Melt your 150g chocolate in a bain-marie.
Firstly mix your dry ingredients (self-raising flour, sugar, cocoa, powder, nuts and salt) and then pour in your wet ingredients (sunflower oil, vanilla, milk and cooled melted chocolate). Combine into a soft, oozy batter and finish by folding in your remaining 50g chocolate, chopped into chips.
Bake for 18-20 minutes. Eat whilst warm and enjoy the gooeyness!
