Chocolate upon chocolate upon chocolate! UNHOLY!
Ingredients
- 130g butter, room temperature
- 100g dark brown sugar or muscovado
- 100g caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 130g plain flour
- Pinch of salt
- 250g chocolate, white and milk
- 130g butter, room temperature
- 100g dark brown sugar or muscovado
- 100g caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 130g plain flour
- Pinch of salt
- 250g chocolate, white and milk
Preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4.
Beat together the butter and the sugars in a bowl until nice and fluffy. Whisk in the egg, and then sieve in all the dry ingredients and mix. Roughly chop your chocolate into chunks and stir it into the dough, making sure the chunks are evenly distributed.
On a lined baking tray, place very generous blobs of your mixture with plenty of space between for them to spread out. Bake for 15 minutes until the edge of your cookies are lovely and baked and the centre is still a bit gooey. Filthy!
