Tartare Sauce

You can't have fish and chips without tartare sauce. This homemade version will transform your condiment game FOREVER.

Ingredients

  • 200g mayonnaise 
  • 2 heaped tbsp capers, roughly chopped
  • 2 heaped tbsp cornichons, roughly chopped
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • a handful of parsley leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • season with salt and pepper
