This decadent party pleaser is a S'mores Dip! Gooey, fluffy marshmallow sitting on top of silky, festively spiced melted chocolate.

- 200g milk chocolate
- 300g mini marshmallows
- 2 tbsp milk
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- pinch of ground nutmeg
- pinch of ground cloves
- pinch of ground ginger
- pinch of salt

Grab your s’mores dip serving dish and decant enough marshmallow to form a layer.
Tip the rest of your marshmallows into a heatproof bowl with the chocolate, spices and milk and set it on top of a shallow pan of water to create a bain-marie. Keep on the heat until your ingredients are fully melted and combined. Finish with a pinch of salt.
Pour into your serving dish and top with the set-aside marshmallows. Grill for 1-2 minutes until your marshmallows turn golden.
Your dip is ready to go. Grab biscuits or fruit or a spoon and tuck in!
