Bonfire Night S’Mores Dip

S'mores is a recipe that has been passed down through years of family and scout camps. This American classic is everyone's favourite childhood treat! However, I stumbled across a genius twist, I couldn't resist sharing.

  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 300g mini marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp whole milk
  • pinch ground cinnamon
  • pinch ground nutmeg
  • pinch ground cloves
  • pinch ground ginger


Grab your s’mores dip serving dish and decant enough marshmallow to form a layer.

Tip the rest of your marshmallows into a heat proof bowl with the chocolate, spices and milk and sit it on top of a shallow pan of water to create a bain-marie. Keep on the heat until your ingredients are fully melted and combined. Finish with a pinch of salt.

Pour into your serving dish and top with the set-aside marshmallows. Grill on high for 1-2 mins until the marshmallows are toasted.

Serve with digestives and strawberry and pineapple skewers for dunking.
