- 200g milk chocolate
- 300g mini marshmallows
- 2 tbsp whole milk
- pinch ground cinnamon
- pinch ground nutmeg
- pinch ground cloves
- pinch ground ginger
Grab your s’mores dip serving dish and decant enough marshmallow to form a layer.
Tip the rest of your marshmallows into a heat proof bowl with the chocolate, spices and milk and sit it on top of a shallow pan of water to create a bain-marie. Keep on the heat until your ingredients are fully melted and combined. Finish with a pinch of salt.
Pour into your serving dish and top with the set-aside marshmallows. Grill on high for 1-2 mins until the marshmallows are toasted.
Serve with digestives and strawberry and pineapple skewers for dunking.
