Nostalgic Rice Krispie squares that remind me of weekends with my cousins.
Ingredients
- 200g unsalted butter
- 200g caramels (Werther's Originals)
- 200g marshmallow
- 200g Rice Krispies
- 200g unsalted butter
- 200g caramels (Werther’s Originals)
- 200g marshmallow
- 200g Rice Krispies
Melt your butter, caramels and marshmallow into a deep pan on medium heat. Keep stirring to combine (be patient – there comes a turning point where the mixture turns into a fluffy cloud – promise). Add in your Rice Krispies and stir!
Pour it into a non-stick tray and flatten it down. Pop into the fridge to firm up and enjoy!
