Deliciously nutty, creamy peanut butter smoothie. A little boost of plant-based protein post-workout or as a yummy breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 150g natural yoghurt
- 100ml milk
