Dinner served in just one pot. This 15-minute meal is a marvel for speedy dinnertimes and with simple ingredients, the whole family can enjoy.
Ingredients
- 340g spaghetti
- 340g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 chilli, finely sliced
- 1 onion, finely sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, finely sliced
- 3 sprigs basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1-litre water
- salt & pepper for seasoning
- parmesan cheese, for serving

Add all your ingredients to a deep saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Regularly stirring the mixture for 9 minutes until the pasta is al dente and the water has nearly evaporated.
Season to taste and serve with grated Parmesan and freshly torn basil leaves.
