Oat & Berry Smoothie

Start your day with this colourful oat and berry smoothie, packed full of fibre to keep you fuelled and happy!

Ingredients

  • 250g frozen berries 
  • 1 apple, peeled and cored 
  • 250ml milk
  • 3 heaped tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp porridge oats
  • 2 tbsp blanched almonds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz into a smoothie.
