Start your day with this colourful oat and berry smoothie, packed full of fibre to keep you fuelled and happy!
Ingredients
- 250g frozen berries
- 1 apple, peeled and cored
- 250ml milk
- 3 heaped tbsp natural yoghurt
- 3 tbsp porridge oats
- 2 tbsp blanched almonds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
