It's a classic party dip, packed full of flavour. Creamy, zingy and a little bit spicy - holy Guacamole!
Ingredients
- 1 large vine tomato
- 3 avocados
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1/2 bunch coriander
- 1 small red onion
- 1 red chilli
- salt & pepper to season

Finely chop the tomatoes, coriander (stalks and all) red onion and red chill. Scoop out the avocado and smush everything in a bowl with a generous squeeze of lime. Season to taste and serve.
If you keep hold of the avocado stone and sit it in your guacamole, cover and chill, it will stop your guac from going brown if you’re not quite ready to serve.
