Grilled Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 lemons, juice of
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 lemons, juice of
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Squeeze your lemon juice. Add the crushed garlic, oil, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.

Add the chicken breasts and make sure they are well covered. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours).

Remove chicken from the marinade and discard remaining marinade.

Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Let chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
