Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 50g strawberries
  • 50g pineapple
  • 100g spinach
  • 1cm grated ginger
  • 400ml coconut milk

  • 1 banana – high in potassium
  • 50g strawberries  – high in vitamin C
  • 50g pineapple – high water concentration and aid digestion
  • 100g spinach – high in fibre
  • 1cm grated ginger – reduces bloating
  • 400ml coconut milk – a natural diuretic, rich in potassium and electrolytes.
