Ingredients
- 150g strawberries, chopped
- 100g raspberries
- 100g caster sugar
- 1 tsp golden syrup
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 250ml double cream

Mash the strawberries, raspberries, sugar, golden syrup and balsamic together in a large bowl using a fork or masher, and mix well until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour in your double cream and stir together until an even colour.
Transfer the mixture to a Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker tub. Place the lid on the tub and freeze for 24 hours, ensuring mixture is level.
Remove the tub from freezer, remove the lid, then place the tub in the outer bowl. Install the paddle into the outer bowl lid and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place the bowl assembly on the motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.
Select ‘light ice cream’.
Once processing is complete smooth your ice cream into ‘funny feet’-style moulds and refreeze until solid enough to serve. Yum!
