Dalgona Coffee

I'm taking the Dalgona Coffee trend to a whole new level with Raspberry, Chocolate and African Baobab Cream Liqueur.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 4 tbsp Amarula
  • 300ml milk of your chocieĀ 
  • dark chocolate to garnish

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 4 tbsp Amarula
  • 300ml milk of your chocie
  • dark chocolate to garnish

Whisk 2 tbsp instant coffee, 2 tbsp caster sugar and 2 tbsp hot water until it stiffens into a whipped cream consistency. Into a glass filled with ice, add 4 tbsp Amarula and 300ml of your choice of milk. Top with your coffee mix and sprinkle with dark chocolate.
