Coleslaw

For summer picnics and BBQs, sandwiches and snacking boards, coleslaw is always on hand to complete your meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 heaped tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1 lemon, juice & zest
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • salt & pepper for seasoning
  • 1/2 cabbage, finely slice 
  • 3 carrots (try and get different colours if you can!), grated 
  • 1 small white onion, finely sliced into half moons 

 

  • 2 heaped tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1 lemon, juice & zest
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • salt & pepper for seasoning
  • 1/2 cabbage, finely slice
  • 3 carrots (try and get different colours if you can!), grated
  • 1 small white onion, finely sliced into half moons

Make the dressing by combining the yoghurt, lemon, celery salt and mustard and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add your cabbage, carrots and onion and stir until everything is coated and you’re done!
