Sharp, fragrant Argentinian sauce, beautiful poured across fatty meats and roasted vegetables
Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 red chilli, finely choppedĀ

- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Take off the woody ends of the parsley and finely chop. Prepare your ingredients as stated above and mix them together. Check for seasoning and you’re done. This sauce is absolutely beautiful poured across fatty meats and roasted vegetables.
