Roasted Chickpea Snack

Pack 'em in your lunchbox, scatter them in a salad, or serve them up on top of your favourite curry for some added crunch! This Spicy Roasted Chickpea recipe could not be easier!

  • 400g drained chickpeas 
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground coriander 
  • 1 tsp ground cumin 
  • 1 tsp rapeseed oil 


Preheat your oven to 180°C/ 350°F/gas 4.

Drain off the chickpeas and cover with your rapeseed oil (or any oil with a high smoking point).

In a separate bowl combine your spices and then sprinkle over your chickpeas, giving them a really good toss so they’re evenly coated.

Scatter in a single layer onto a baking tray and pop into your preheated oven for 35 minutes.
