- 400g drained chickpeas
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
Preheat your oven to 180°C/ 350°F/gas 4.
Drain off the chickpeas and cover with your rapeseed oil (or any oil with a high smoking point).
In a separate bowl combine your spices and then sprinkle over your chickpeas, giving them a really good toss so they’re evenly coated.
Scatter in a single layer onto a baking tray and pop into your preheated oven for 35 minutes.
