Cheese fondue for two!
Ingredients
- 200ml white wine, I used Sauvignon Blanc
- 180g gruyere cheese, grated
- 200g emmental, grated
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp sherry
- Black pepper
- Bread, crudites or meat to dip!

Add the wine to a warm pan and melt in the cheese. While that is melting away, mix the cornflour with the sherry in a small bowl, and whisk in to the cheese. Season with lots of freshly ground black pepper.
Keep your fondue hot people! Continued stirring and lots of heat make the fondue of your dreams. Serve up with chunks of bread, crudites or deli meats – whatever you fancy.
