Game changing crispy Brussels sprouts!
Ingredients
- 2kg Brussels sprouts
- 120ml / 8tbsp Olive oil
- 8g Sea salt flakes
- 4g Cracked black pepper
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 30ml / 2tbsp Sherry vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey

- 1 tbsp Honey
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4 and line a roasting tin with baking paper.
Toss the whole Brussels sprouts with half the olive oil, the salt, pepper and garlic and roast until tender and golden brown (around 20 minutes).
Once roasted, toss with the remaining olive oil, sherry vinegar (this is the game changer), and honey until evenly coated. Serve immediately!
