Bircher is one of my favourite ways to start the day. Decant into jam jars for a great storable and transportable breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 pears
- 60g jumbo oats
- 200g greek yoghurt
- 100ml milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp sweet cinnamon
- maple syrup
- chocolate and cherries to finish

Grate your pears into a bowl. Mix in the oats, greek yoghurt, milk, cocoa powder, cinnamon and sweeten with maple syrup to your desired taste.
Decant into jam jars for a great storable and transportable breakfast.
Top with some grated chocolate and fresh chopped cherries.
