Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana
  • pinch of baking powder
  • splash of vanilla

Simply whizz up your ingredients in a food processor and your batter is done.

Drizzle some oil in a pan on medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and repeat on the other side.
