  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4.

In a baking dish, place the Boursin cheese in the center. Surround the cheese with the sliced leeks and capers. Drizzle the white wine, lemon juice, and olive oil over the cheese and leeks. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

While the cheese is baking, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente.

Once the Boursin mixture is cooked, remove it from the oven and stir well to combine all ingredients.

Add the cooked linguine to the baking dish and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated.

Serve hot and enjoy!
