Apple Slaw

An apple coleslaw recipe that is both healthy and delicious, featuring crisp apples, crunchy cabbage, and a tangy dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pointed spring cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1/2 red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 3 jazz apples, cored and julienned¬†
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 heaped tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp cider vinegar
  • season with salt and pepper

  • 1/2 red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 3 jazz apples, cored and julienned¬†
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 heaped tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp cider vinegar
  • season with salt and pepper

Add your shredded cabbages, grated carrot, and thinly batoned apple to a bowl and mix.

In another bowl mix together your mayo, mustard, vinegar and season to taste.

Pour into the veggies and mix altogether to max a crunchy, light and delightful summer slaw!
