I'm a bit late to the party but can confirm that these corn ribs are heaven on a plate. Such a fun, exciting and aesthetically pleasing way to serve corn!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 2-3 corn on the cob
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl.
Slice your corn into quarters lengthways. Please be careful!
Coat your corn ribs in your smokey paste. Make a single layer in your air fryer and cook at 180°C for 15 minutes.
