SERVES 2 | 5 MINUTES PREP

  • 2 'on the rocks' glasses
  • 3 limes
  • 2 tsp sugar 
  • 100 cl cachaca 
  • crushed ice

1 lime cut into 8 with 2 teaspoons of sugar goes into each 'on the rocks' glass - give it a muddle! Finish off with another squeeze of half a lime in each glass. 

Add 50 cl of cachaca to each glass and top up with crushed ice (important as we want the dilution). Stir and serve!
