SERVES 12 | 10 MINUTES PREP

  • 200g unsalted butter 
  • 200g caramels 
  • 200g marshmallow
  • 200g rice krispies

Melt your butter, caramels and marshmallow into a deep pan on a medium heat. Keep stirring to combine (be patient - there comes a turning point where the mixture turns into a fluffy cloud - promise). Add in your rice krispies and stir!

Pour it into a non-stick tray and flatten down. Pop into the fridge to firm up and enjoy!
