SERVES 2 | 10 MINUTES PREP

  • handful of frozen blueberries
  • handful of frozen blackberries
  • 1 apple, cored and sliced
  • 200ml milk
  • 3 heaped tbsp fat-free natural yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp porridge oats
  • 2 tbsp flaked almonds

Place the berries, apple, milk, yoghurt, oats and nuts in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve.
